The sides of the receiver have grade II engraving with light flourishes, the left has the bust of a ram and the right has a bust of a bear. Barrel Length: 24″

Sights / Optics: The front sight is a serrated beaded blade dovetail to a serrat, ramp base fixed to the front of the barrel. The front sight has a protective hood installed. The rear sight is a flip-up sight with a square notch fitting with a white triangle aiming reference.

The rear sight is dovetailed into the barrel. The top of the receiver is install with two-piece view thru bases with integral rings holding a Redfield 3-9×40 scope. The body has a few light rubs and a few tiny marks into the finish, the most noticeable is on the left side of the objective bell. The scope has a duplex reticle with a rangefinder and two verticle lines at the top. The glass is mainly clear but there are a few light spots, likely in just in need of a good cleaning and the view through the glass is still great. Stock Configuration & Condition: The stocks are two-piece checkered walnut with pistol grip, straight comb, basketweave textured black rubber Browning buttpad, and sling studs front and rear. The stocks have some scattered draglines, scrapes, some dings, and compressions. The defects are most noticeable on the left of the buttstock. There is some thinned discoloration to the finish on the bottom of the forend at the rear and there is a little scrape on the left of the forend at the nose. The checkering is strong. There are no chips or cracks. The LOP measures 13 3/4″ from the front of the trigger to the back of the buttpad. The pad shows scattered some wear, most notable at the heel and toe. The black spacer is a bit proud, most noticeable on the right side. Overall, the stocks are in about Very Good Plus condition.

Bore Condition: The bore is bright with sharp rifling. There are some freckles of faint surface erosion in the bore that may even prove to be stubborn fouling.

Overall Condition: This rifle retains about 93% of its metal finish. The finish is thinning at most edges. There are a few little scuffs and small nicks into the finish on the receiver, mainly on the left. The barrel has some very infrequent light scuffs and one or two little marks into the finish with some finish loss on the muzzle. The bolt handle has a few small spots of dark discoloration from previous oxidation and there is standard operational wear. The floorplate has a few spots of faint thinning. The markings are clear. Mechanics: The action functions correctly. There is a cross-bolt safety behind the trigger. We did not fire this rifle. As with all used firearms, a thorough cleaning may be necessary to meet your maintenance standards. bar caliber

Box, Paperwork & Accessories: This rifle comes with the installed scope as described, a three-round magazine, and an elastic sling. The mag has a few marks into the finish from operation, in about Excellent condition.
