t bolt rifle
Buy T-Bolt Speed The .22 LR T-Bolt rifle from Browning has been around for a longtime, probably because it’s so much fun to shoot and accurate to boot. The rifle was first brought to market in 1965, but it was dropped from production in 1974. In 2006 it returned to production, and the company is still bringing out new versions. I’ve been shooting the latest variation, which is called the T-Bolt Speed. t bolt rifle browning t bolt accuracy
The T-Bolt SPEED is every bit the equal of the original rifle, with several exciting new features to put it in a class by itself. It’s an efficient straight pull bolt action design chambering each cartridge fed from the 10-round rotary double helix box magazine. This rifle features a match grade fluted barrel and a steel receiver that is drilled and tapped to accept scope mounts. The A-TACS AU camo synthetic stock blends in seamlessly to nearly any environment and has a plastic buttplate with a magazine storage compartment. An all-weather burnt bronze Cerakote finish protects your investment from the elements while on the hunt. With a smooth action and laser like accuracy the Browning T-Bolt SPEED is the perfect small bore rifle for hunting small game, varmints and predators.

All T-Bolt rifles are straight-pull bolt actions, and they operate differently than your standard turnbolt. To operate the bolt, simply pull straight back and then push it straight forward. On the way back, the dual extractors pull the fired case out of the chamber and going forward pick up a loaded round from the magazine and insert it into the chamber. The bolt has a loaded chamber indicator in the form of a red line that shows through the ejection port when the gun is loaded.
